I got my 2007 Mustang GT taking care at Mad House Garage, complete clutch kit replaced, brakes and fluids, the car runs like a dream and Steven took care of everything and communication was outstanding!

This was my first time at madhouse after so many bad Lexus dealer experiences and I must admit the crew here at madhouse are amazing. I was the first customer of the day (got here before they opened) and everyone was so professional and in a good mood. The whole crew said good morning to me and shook my hand and Steven who booked my appointment was very helpful in diagnosing other things I asked about going on with my car. the pricing was too good to be true and the oil change was quick and well done including the filter which was a nice surprise ! I would give 10 stars if I could definitely recommending this place to anyone I can as the usual mechanic experience is normally a nightmare. Thank you mad house!

one morning my steering wheel was very hard to turn so I had it towed to this garage because they had good reviews. They gave me an estimate for $2000 to replace three power steering hoses and the power steering pump. I didn’t have that much money they even offered me financing but I don’t have great credit. I told him I’ll wait until I build up some money and then I had the car towed to my house. Six weeks later a friend of mine came over and told me I should put some power steering fluid in it that’s all it needed to. I have been driving the car now for 10 days without a problem it was only low on power steering fluid. The garage charged me $150 for the estimate but I was never told about this fee until after I told them I didn’t have money to fix it. They tried to rip me off. Today I called them and asked for my $150 and they refused. Stay away from this place. The manager told me I have a power steering leak and was charged $150 because they found the leak. Also today I went to the Dixie garage and had them look at my car and the mechanic told me I have a small leak And since the car is 27 years old it’s not worth replacing the power steering pump but he did say the hoses were still good and didn’t need replacing so now I’m sitting here at the garage writing this review you can believe me or not believe it Up to you. By the way the Dixie garage didn’t charge me anything for looking at it

We regret to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The $150 charge was for the diagnosis, to identify what the problem with the car was. It is a standard procedure in our garage so our team can invest the time needed to identify the issue. This fee is always communicated in advance and we only proceed after the client's approval. After the diagnosis is completed by our team and the client has the information on what the problem is, we do quote the client for the repair. If they can't afford the repair, they can choose what to do with the information gathered. We stand by our business and work hard to offer the solution we believe is best for the client and will keep their vehicle running smoothly for years to come.

Moved here temporally from South Beach and was looking for a quality. I am very picking about my Porsche. I was looking for someone to put in the oil I want in my car and not their discounted oil. I found two service areas that lied on the phone and was so pleased to call Mad House Garage that I can trust with my Porsche. The not only did exactly what I wanted using the products I wanted but also took extra care explaining in detail when I asked questions. Very clean shop and knowledgable friendly staff.

I went here because something was going on withy van's seats being able to go down after a tow. I think the spot that the seat was supposed to be stored in got damaged in the tow somehow. I got help from the guys for free so my seat could at least go back in a little.
